The application shown is an integrated Windows chemistry platform that combines various areas of chemical data processing within a single interface. These include the management of elements and subatomic particles, molecular and substance data, 2D/3D visualization, CAD construction, data lists, calculation functions, and a serial interface for communication with external hardware.
A central component is the management of chemical elements.
The software enables work with:
Element symbols
Atomic numbers
Protons
Electrons
Neutrons
Atomic masses
Atomic weights
Elementary charges
Energy values
Atomic densities
Molecular masses
Organic substances
Inorganic substances
Liquids
Medical substance groups
Bond types
This allows element information not only to be displayed, but also transferred to subsequent processing steps.
The software contains dedicated data areas for:
Symbol
Charge
Energy
Mass
Atomic weight
Symbol
Charge
Energy
Mass
Atomic weight
Symbol
Charge
Energy
Mass
Atomic weight
This means that an element is not treated internally merely as, for example, โHโ or โOโ, but can additionally be described through its subatomic components.
A major focus of the interface is the processing of extremely small numerical values.
The interface displays values in orders of magnitude such as:
E-19
E-28
E-31
and allows highly detailed decimal representation.
This is particularly relevant for the representation of charge, mass, and molecular-scale quantities.
The software can build larger molecular structures from individual atomic data.
In the screenshot, for example, HโO is selected.
The software displays, among other things:
Molecular formula
Number of protons
Number of electrons
Number of neutrons
Molecular mass
Atomic density
Molecular multiplier
Amount of substance
Molecular processing therefore forms a separate level above the individual element data.
The large lower section displays individual data records in tabular form.
For example:
| Data Area | Content |
|---|---|
| Element symbol | H, O, etc. |
| N-count | Internal atom/particle count |
| Elementary charge | Charge value |
| Energy | Energy entry |
| Atomic mass | Mass of the element |
| Element | Element designation |
| Molecular mass | Associated molecular value |
| Atoms/cmยณ | Density/concentration value |
This allows a molecular structure to be examined and processed at the atom/data-record level.
The central display contains various calculated or processed quantities:
Energy mass
Atomic mass
Molecular mass
Atomic density
Amount of substance
Number of protons
Number of electrons
Number of neutrons
Number of subatomic particles
Molecular multiplier
A dedicated section is provided for the amount of substance.
Here, quantity information can be linked to molecular and atomic data.
This makes it possible, for example, to process a specific volume or mass of a substance.
The software can link this data with molecular parameters and atomic data.
The Element Generator represents another central function.
Element data can be selected or generated here and subsequently transferred into the internal data structure.
The following values are relevant, among others:
Element symbol N-count Elementary charge Energy Atomic mass Element Molecular mass Atoms/cmยณThe application therefore contains a type of data generator for chemical structures.
The button
โ2D and 3D CAD Constructionโ
provides access to a dedicated construction area.
This area can be used for geometric and structural representations.
The software also contains a 3D area.
Of particular interest here is the connection between:
Atomic data โ Molecular structure โ Coordinates โ 3D representation
Professional 3D chemistry software likewise uses atomic coordinates to display and manipulate molecular structures.
The button
โ2D and 3D Viewโ
is intended for visual representation.
The same structure can therefore generally be viewed on different representation levels:
Chemical structure or schematic representation
Spatial arrangement of atoms
A particularly specialized component of the interface is:
โ3D CT Tomographic Scannerโ
This is provided as a dedicated module.
Conceptually, this means that the application is not limited to conventional molecular visualization, but also contains an area for 3D/tomographic data processing.
The interface alone does not establish which specific CT reconstruction methods or hardware interfaces are implemented.
The module:
โChemistry Scaleโ
is intended for working with mass/weight data.
It is associated with quantities such as:
Mass
Atomic mass
Molecular mass
Amount of substance
Density
g/m values
A particularly technical component is the integrated serial communication system.
The interface contains:
Send
Receive
Send Loop
Receive Loop
Port Detector
Port Scan
Baud Rate
Port Paused
Disconnect Port
Delete Port
This allows the software to exchange data with connected devices.
In addition to normal transmission, loop functions are available.
These functions allow a data stream to be transmitted or received repeatedly.
This can, for example, be relevant for an external electronic or experimental device that continuously exchanges data with the software.
A stopwatch is also located on the right side.
The screenshot shows:
00:00:02.278
This allows the software to record timing information relating to processes or communication operations.
Various data-management functions are available:
Save Molecule
Load Molecule
Load List
Open List
Delete Settings
Reset
This allows generated data structures to be stored persistently and loaded again later.
The function:
โSplit Atomsโ
allows an existing structure or dataset to be divided into individual components.
This can be useful when a molecular structure needs to be broken down into individual atoms or records.
The corresponding function:
โMerge Atomsโ
allows individual atomic data to be combined.
This creates a data flow such as:
Individual Atoms โ Atomic Data โ Merging โ MoleculeThe software also contains a separate section:
โMagnetic Field Settingsโ
with:
Selection
Save
Load
This represents an independent functional area within the overall application.
Another unusual function is:
โ3D Matrix Printingโ
This provides a connection between generated/displayed data and a 3D output or construction function.
The button:
โ3D Layer Effectโ
indicates a layer-based representation or processing of 3D data.
This fits particularly well with the overall architecture involving 3D construction and the separate CT module.
The function:
โAtom Emulationโ
is also part of the interface.
It is important, however, to distinguish between emulation/data processing and an actual physical simulation. The name alone does not prove that real physical processes are being simulated.
A dedicated button:
โCalculate Atomic Densityโ
links atomic/molecular data with density calculations.
The main area displays, for example:
Atomic Density: 85351.40
There are two transfer functions:
โTransfer eV Valuesโ
and
โTransfer g/m Valuesโ
These allow different types of quantities to be transferred, converted, or passed on between internal datasets.
The software even contains a small system-monitoring section.
It displays:
CPU model
CPU cores
P-Cores
E-Cores
Threads
RAM
CPU clock speed
Active threads
This is particularly relevant for computationally intensive operations.
The software can therefore be described as several interconnected layers:

Based on the visible interface, it includes at least the following functional areas:
โ๏ธ Periodic Table
๐ฌ Atom Programming
โก Charge and Energy Data
๐งฌ Molecular Programming
๐งฎ Calculations
๐ Atomic Density
๐งช Amounts of Substance

The application is therefore, based on its visible architecture, substantially more than a simple periodic table. The software combines multiple functional areas for working with chemical elements, atoms, molecules, calculations, structural data, 2D/3D construction, data processing, and external hardware communication.
The chemistry software is currently still under development. Unfortunately, we cannot yet give a specific date for its completion; development may continue for several more years.
Regardless, the software has been demonstrably under development since 2018, a process that continues to this day. A final name for the software has not yet been chosen, but I can guarantee that it is already legally protected.
Innovative Chemistry Software โ
A Long-Term Research and Development Project
This chemistry software has been under continuous development for many years and currently does not yet have a final name. The final name will only be assigned once the system is fully developed. The project aims to model chemical processes, atomic structures, and their spatial arrangement using software and to process them further technically.
Long-Term Development & Invention Process
The development of this software is not a classic programming project, but rather a complex invention process. Progress is not always linear: sometimes days, sometimes months pass between individual development steps. Similar to large video game or research projects, a long period is necessary to gain new insights and implement them technically.
Work on this system has been ongoing for over eight years โ with the goal of constantly learning and refining the software.
Focus on Atomic Structure Instead of Pure Charges
Unlike conventional approaches, the software does not work exclusively with elementary charges.
A key focus is on:
the internal structure of atoms
the arrangement and structure of atomic components
the spatial 3D structure, which significantly influences physical properties.
In chemistry, structure is crucial: without a correct atomic arrangement, no stable or meaningfully defined element can exist. The software takes precisely these structural relationships into account.
Atomic Density & 3D Arrangement
Atomic density results from the three-dimensional arrangement of atoms in space. The software models these spatial relationships and derives relevant properties from them. Structure, distance, and position play a central role.
Software Functions
The application consists of several core areas:
Options & settings for configuration
an element list that shows which element is currently being built
a transmission mechanism that is activated after the atomic configuration is complete
Once the list is fully populated, the configured element is transmitted via the transmission button.
Hardware Connection & Signal Processing
Data is transmitted via a USB-COM interface from the computer to a microcontroller.
There, the transmitted pulse value is converted into an electrical pulse and prepared for further processing.
Central Component: Omega Prototype Coil
The Omega prototype coil is an essential component of the overall system. It forms the basis for the further processing of atomic structures.
Without this component, the assembly and further processing of the generated elements or chemical compounds is not possible.
Note:
The software is still under active development. New functions, optimizations, and enhancements are continuously being researched and implemented.
2018 - 2026
What has been achieved so far:
1) The software previously had a problem with RAM that hindered its operation; this has recently been resolved. The software now performs its tasks without consuming RAM. This means:
That this software performs its tasks without wasting RAM โ this also means that the RAM usage remains constant, even if the software runs continuously for months or years.
Speeding up the process has to do with the operating system and how many processors are working simultaneously.
2) The other problem was the large, long numbers: Previously, the software was structured and programmed in such a way that numbers up to a certain size could not be processed. This is finally over: From now on, the software can handle numerical values โโgreater than 10^30, such as 0.0 (30 digits of zero) or even higher.
These three steps are essential; otherwise, the software cannot work with elements and molecules.
---------
This software is designed to generate elements using the Omega Coilโbut why develop this specific software? It is quite simple: the focus here is on the element's level of purity. Take gold, for instance; we constantly hear in the news that its value is rising. The reason is that gold is becoming increasingly expensive and scarce. The same applies to water; we hear reports of contaminated tap water or water containing germs that make it undrinkable. You have to boil the water first to kill the germs. Of course, once the germs are dead, there is no longer a threat to our immune systemsโbut who would actually want to drink that? Exactly.
The software cannot function on its own without the Omega Coil; the coil essentially acts as the interface for communicating with matter.
The development process takes atomic arrangement into account. Many people wonder about atomic densityโa point where many hit a wall. In reality, the arrangement of atoms in 3D space simultaneously determines the atomic density of the structure. Mystery solved. The software focuses specifically on pure elements and chemical compositions. You could use the Omega Coil to clone water from a bottle, for example, but the water itself isn't 100% pure. It requires filtration to achieve purityโand that is precisely where this software comes in. Unfortunately, it has been under continuous development since 2018, meaning work will likely continue for years to come. The software operates using not only electrons but also protons and neutrons. Neutrons do not simply appear out of nowhere; the Omega Coil is essential for their generation. In short, energy is required to achieve this. Another factor is that, when producing pure H2O (water), the chemical composition process is already complete. This means there is no risk of explosion here, because the H2O composition is already chemically bonded. An explosion occurs only when the elements H2 and O come together, whereas H2O is already a unified molecule. In other words, it is not strictly necessary to pre-mix H2 and O; naturally, there are other ways to achieve this.
The software itself is designed for all three states of matter: solid, liquid, and gas.
It constructs the chemical structure of the matter, which then travels through the computer's USB port and along the line. Effectively, the output from the software consists of numerical impulses rather than electrical impulses. An electrical impulse is generated only after the impulse value reaches the microcontroller, where the impulse is converted into electricity.
However, since the microcontroller does not recognize these impulse values โโon its own, the board must first be pre-programmed.
Currently, microcontrollersโand their internal electronicsโare equipped only for electron flow (negative charge) and are therefore unsuitable for this software.
A suitable alternative would be, for example, a microcontroller that operates using three types of flow: proton flow, electron flow, and neutron flow. The system requires these flows to be separated; otherwise, the chemical software cannot communicate properly with the microcontroller.
Another crucial factor is maintaining a constant flow rate within the chemical software when protons, electrons, and neutrons are moving simultaneously along the line toward the microcontroller. This aspect specifically addresses the interaction between the software and the computer's system memory. The software is capable of continuous operation without causing memory issues or data withdrawal.
